We're looking for a hard-working person to join us as aSenior Boiler Technicianin our Service Department! Our Boiler Technician seamlessly installs technical HVAC systems and expertly navigates intricate control setups. Repair experience and skills in proactively troubleshooting complex hydronics/boilers are an asset.

STABLE, FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE

OUR IDEAL SERVICE BOILER INSTALLER:

We're looking for someone who meets these qualifications:

• 8-10 years of commercial, residential, or custom home hydronics experience
• Journeyperson Ticket
• Tech-savvy with iPads and texting apps
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision
• Positive attitude and excellent communication and customer service skills
• Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
• Attention to detail and a motivation to produce high-quality work

And who can manage these responsibilities:

• Install and oversee quality control of residential and commercial hydronic/boiler systems. Repair and maintenance experience is an asset (including burner tuning, cleaning, and replacing worn-out components)

• Supervise the install team and ensure job efficiency

• Test and calibrate controls, safety devices, and system components

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards

• Work with hydronic and steam heating systems, including pumps, expansion tanks, and piping

• Provide excellent customer service, explaining issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations

• Assist technicians during service calls

• Support technicians by attending and overseeing any warranty calls

• Maintain accurate service records, including work performed, parts used, and follow-up actions

• Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines while on job sites
