Paladin Security is Hiring a Training Supervisor!
Location: Toronto, ON
Status: Full-Time • Schedule: Sat–Sun 11:00–23:00 & Mon–Tue 10:00–18:00
Pay Range: $20.81–$21.43/hour
Role Summary
As Training Supervisor, you’ll lead day-to-day security operations and training at One Queen. You’ll coach officers, ensure coverage and policy compliance, coordinate with the Client Service Manager (CSM) and Cushman & Wakefield, and drive incident readiness, reporting quality, and audit discipline.
What You’ll Do
- Provide leadership, coaching, and ongoing training to site officers; ensure all mandatory training is current.
- Ensure standing orders and daily activities are executed each shift; plan and manage shift schedules.
- Motivate and recognize performance; apply corrective action and document for head office when needed.
- Attendance management; conduct security audits and quality checks.
- Document/investigate incidents & complaints; produce accurate reports; communicate concerns to the CSM.
- Perform proactive & reactive patrols and timely emergency response; act as liaison with Cushman & Wakefield.
- Uphold Paladin and site policies & procedures and model professional conduct.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
- 2+ years of security experience.
- Working knowledge of Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act.
- Superior written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrated punctuality, reliability, tact, and diplomacy.
Nice to Have
- 2+ years in a team-lead role (asset).
- Post-secondary education in a law enforcement/security program (asset).
