Oxford Learning Forest Hill is currently seeking aversatile and committed tutorto join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with students across age groups and is passionate about building bothacademic skills and confidence.

We’re looking for a tutor who is comfortable supportinghigh school math (primary focus), some physics, and academic writing, while also being able to work withyounger students on foundational reading, writing, and math skills.

At Oxford Learning Forest Hill, we help students of all ages achieve academic success through personalized programs that build strong learning skills. Our approach goes beyond homework help — we teach studentshow to learn.

###Key Responsibilities

  • Teachhigh school math(primary focus), with some support inphysics
  • Support students withwriting and literacy development
  • Work withelementary studentson reading, writing, and math skills
  • Prepare students for**standardized tests (e.g., SAT)**as needed
  • Deliver engaging, individualized instruction based on each student’s needs
  • Track student progress and provide feedback to the Education Coordinator
  • Foster a positive, motivating, and structured learning environment

###Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency inhigh school math(required); physics is an asset
  • Comfortable supportingstudents across multiple grade levels and subjects
  • Experience teaching or tutoringhigh school students
  • Ability to also work withyounger learners (elementary level)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment -SAT preparation experience is an asset
  • Must be able to commit forat least one year(this is not a summer-only role)

###Availability Requirements

-**Mandatory:**Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (afternoon/evening hours) -**Preferred:**Thursday evenings and/or Saturday mornings
