Our Canadian operation, Canaccord Genuity Corp., is looking for a highly collaborative individual who wants to push the boundaries of technology in a modern workplace. This role is part of a global team responsible for all aspects of endpoint management, utilizing the Microsoft Endpoint Manager suite (SCCM and Intune). The team provides L2/L3 support for our global partners and requires extensive collaboration. This position focuses on day-to-day activities of the SCCM and Intune platforms alongside an active involvement in global projects.
Responsibilities:
- Innovate and create new experiences or improvements based on feedback from global teams.
- Ensure the day-to-day administration of Microsoft Endpoint Manager infrastructure is operational, including its core components, software management, client health, policy management, reporting and configuration management.
- Create new Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and evolve existing strategies in accordance with CG’s requirements.
- Interact with IT Security to assist in supporting the Global security stance of the firm.
- Host knowledge-sharing sessions across various teams through training, documenting, and presenting.
- Develop scripts for automating processes within the environments.
- Develop Power BI reports for management.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in managing projects from inception to implementation.
- Automation via scripting methods (PowerShell, Python)
- Strong experience managing enterprise environments
- Strong experience managing Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Microsoft Endpoint Manager
- Windows Autpilot
- Microsoft Azure (Virtual Desktops, Log Analytics, Application Integrations, Cloud PC, DevOps)
- Experience managing Windows devices via legacy and modern cloud methods (Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Endpoint Manager Configuration Manager, Microsoft Endpoint Manager)
- Experience managing Microsoft Office 365 services and how they relate to end-user computing (OneDrive, Teams, Defender)
- Experience with a range of endpoints (mobile, desktops, servers, hubs, BYOD)
- Ability to interact on a global level with multiple levels of employees;
- Ability to interpret and execute training on technical subjects;
- Ability to proactively identify and document problems in the Testing Environment;
- Excellent problem-solving and forward-thinking skills
- Team oriented; tolerance to change and accepting of feedback.
