Position: Project Coordinator, Commercial Marketing Employment type: Full Time Permanent Vacancy status: Existing Vacancy Location : Toronto, ON & Brampton, ON (Hybrid) DCM is a leading Canadian tech-enabled provider of print and digital solutions that help simplify complex marketing communications and operations workflow. The role The Project Coordinator is a high-impact role at the center of our Commercial Marketing team. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Commercial Marketing directors, helping turn strategy into action through strong coordination, project management, and day-to-day operational support. You’ll be a key contributor in driving sales initiatives forward, keeping projects on track, supporting marketing and sales enablement activities, and ensuring the team is set up for success.
This is a hybrid role, working a minimum of 3 days per week across two locations – Toronto (Adelaide) and Brampton. The location will depend on individual project needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for trade show planning and execution
- Partner and liaise with external event coordinators to ensure events run smoothly and coordinate with internal stakeholders (commercial leads, project managers, creative studio, and production teams)
- Drive sales lead identification and track processes
- Manage event budgets and monitor expenditures
- Work alongside creative studio to develop high-quality, impactful presentations
- Conduct desktop research to identify noteworthy news articles or industry trends applicable to key industry verticals
- Other administrative duties as required
Skills & Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Project Management, or related field with 1+ years of work experience coordinating projects within a fast-paced environment
- Highly detail oriented, with ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and oral communications, paired with a curious and collaborative nature
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Previous experience using HubSpot and Salesforce is an asset

Compensation:$44,044 – $55,055 CAD per year
The compensation range listed reflects the expected compensation for the role. Actual compensation will be determined based on individual skills and experience.
