About the role
The Business Development Representative is responsible for qualifying leads and targeted prospecting through telephone and email on behalf of Adecco. This position is required to meet daily and weekly key performance indicators (KPIs).
What you’ll be doing

Qualifies web leads received and manages chat bot responses ensuring timely follow up.

Performs high volume targeted prospecting activities through cold calling and e-mail within identified verticals to introduce Adecco’s products and services.

Collaborates with sales colleagues to book sales meetings and ensure follow through on all qualified leads.

Maintains records of all client sales activities and follow-up requirements by utilizing Adecco office technology.

Performs other duties as assigned.
About you
Completion of post-secondary education in related field or years of equivalent experience.
Two (2) years working experience in sales or staffing.
Proficient in PC software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and e-mail applications.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Possesses superior planning, organizational and time management skills. Is able to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently. Disciplined in timely follow up with prospect and colleagues.
- Proactive and able to solve problems effectively and rapidly using excellent analytical skills.
- Resourceful and self-motivated with demonstrated sales and activity target overachievement.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the ability to interface with all levels of staff and management.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
