We are looking for a Production Worker III to join our Specials Department, where no two days are exactly the same. This role is responsible for building custom windows with unique shapes, sizes, and configurations that require a higher level of skill, precision, and problem-solving than standard production work.

What You'll Do
As a Production Worker III in Specials, you will be responsible for the complete assembly of custom window products while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reading and interpreting CAD drawings and specifications
- Calculating measurements and angles required for custom window designs
- Measuring, cutting, and preparing materials using saws and other equipment
- Building custom and unconventional window shapes and layouts
- Welding, corner cleaning, and shaping materials to specification
- Performing glazing work on specialty products such as circles, ovals, and corner windows
- Inspecting materials before assembly and ensuring quality throughout the build process
- Troubleshooting issues and identifying solutions to reduce waste and maintain quality
- Performing final quality inspections before products move to the next stage
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining a safe work environment
What You Bring
We are looking for someone who takes pride in building exceptional products and delivering quality results.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in custom manufacturing, production, assembly, fabrication, woodworking, machining, construction, or a related field
- Experience using hand tools, saws, and production equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or CAD drawings
- Strong math and measurement skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
Assets
- Experience building custom products or working in specialty manufacturing
- Experience with TIG welding
- Experience bending or shaping vinyl materials
- Previous window, door, fenestration, or construction industry experience

Physical Requirements
This is a physically active manufacturing role that requires:
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout your shift
- The ability to lift up to 75 lbs (34 kg)
- Use of fine motor hand functions
- Working in a production environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
- Adherence to all safety policies and procedures
