The Financial Systems and FP&A Manager is a key strategic leader driving the evolution and optimization of Indigo Canada’s financial systems. This role oversees TM1, Navision ERP, and a suite of integrated platforms (Inpark, Power BI, Zuora, ADP) to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable financial insights. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, enabling smarter business decisions and supporting growth across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer TM1, leading budget initialization, ongoing budget support, hierarchy management (GL accounts, parking locations), data validation, security controls, templates, and reporting.
• Support Navision ERP, including GL setup, monthly close, data validation, parking location configurations, and daily troubleshooting alongside IT.
• Assist Finance with treasury activities, monthly and quarterly reporting, and development of reporting templates.
• Collaborate with IT and third-party consultants to implement system improvements and automation solutions.
• Document FP&A processes and provide training to system users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience with TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics and Navision / Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong analytical, data validation, and reporting skills (advanced Excel).
• Ability to collaborate effectively across Finance, IT, and operational teams.
• Experience with system administration, process improvement, or automation is a plus.
