What you will do
Assist the project team with coordination and project support; Collaborate and keep the lines of communication open when working with team members, trade partners, consultants and clients; Take pride in your ability to effectively review, interpret and update the construction schedules; Utilize your passion for organization through maintenance, review and follow-up of shop drawings, RFI’s, material purchase orders, change notice quotes and project completion documents; Effectively collect, review and analyze project quotes with emphasis on obtaining the very best prices in the market; Take pride in compiling and completing company wide project reports; Assemble, attend, document and emphasize the importance of project meetings; Demonstrate leadership in Health, Safety and Environmental Protection on the project. Effectively apply the requirements of the project specific safety standards to promote Pomerleau’s HS&E standards, applicable OH&S acts, regulations and codes with all employees and trade partners on the project Embrace the learning experience and be open to internal career opportunities; Celebrate project success and completion and be a key member of the project wrap-up process.
This role could be for you if you have
0-3 years’ experience in the building construction industry; A University Degree/Technology Diploma in Engineering, or a combination of education and industry experience; Ability to work collaboratively within a team and exert strong organizational skills; Solid written and verbal communication skills; Strong computer skills with enthusiasm for innovation;

Security Clearance Requirement
Please note that this position requires candidates to be eligible to obtain and maintain a Level II (Secret) Security Clearance.
