Job Description Summary
This skilled sales professional will be responsible for growing our Healthcare Commercial Service business at hospitals/healthcare facilities, utilizing uniquely positioned value propositions from Healthcare’s comprehensive portfolio of Service offerings. This role reports to the Commercial Service General Manager of Canada.
By effectively focusing on customer needs to deliver growth and solutions across the comprehensive portfolio of Service offerings, the HSAM will play an instrumental role in driving profitable results at GE Healthcare.

Job Description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop key stakeholder and C-suite relationships to deliver impactful outcomes for customers, including Hospital Management, Purchasing Organizations, and GEHC Account Community
- Differentiate GE Healthcare from our competition by effectively educating customers on our ability to support them with an Asset Management, outcomes mindset and beyond a Break/Fix Service Model
- Deliver Quarterly and Annual financial targets through focused Territory Planning, Strategy Development, Collaboration with the GE Account Community, new business development and Commercial support tools such as Salesforce.com
- Contribute to and execute on the targeted information generated through the centralized team Commercial Metric Insights Forecasting process.
- Manage the Public Procurement Environment by identifying opportunities early in the buying cycle, influencing Request For Proposal (RFP) scope, managing professional RFP responses, negotiating price and managing the implementation along with Service Operations Team
- Work in conjunction with the entire GEHC Account Community and specifically Field Service Representatives (FSRs), Area Service Leaders (ASL) and Market Service Director (MSD) to implement customized solutions
- Develop and maintain a high level of GEHC products/services knowledge, Industry awareness and competitive intelligence
- Work collaboratively with the Service Commercial Excellence Team, Marketing and other business segments to ensure our offerings continually serve the “Voice Of The Customer”
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

At least one of the following core experiences
- 3+ years of consultative sales experience including strategic selling & negotiation at all levels within an organization; OR
- 5+ years GEHC experience in customer facing role(s)

Education
- Bachelor of Business/Commerce or Master’s Degree in related field or equivalent previous experience Services Sales

Languages
- Fluency in English is required; bilingual proficiency in English and French is considered a strong asset.

Market Knowledge
- Understands industry trends and their impact on customers, and is able to articulate industry issues and help customers address any concerns/issues.

Business Acumen & Selling Skills
- Demonstrated selling skills including customer presentations, closing and growing sales;
- Ability to successfully build rapport, credibility and confidence, being a trusted advisor & adding value;
- Demonstrated ability to analyze customer data to develop financially sound customer solution offerings;
- Driven & takes initiative / Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Comfortable utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce.com and other platforms
