Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer accounts renew on time and without disruption
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts with a focus on retention and recurring revenue
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities to grow account value
- Monitor changes within client organizations to ensure new team members receive proper onboarding and training
- Conduct regular relationship and loyalty check-ins with customers
- Lead customer onboarding and product training to ensure successful adoption
- Provide day-to-day customer support via email, tickets, and phone
Required Skills and Experience:

2+ years of customer service experience (preferably in a similar role at a SaaS company)

Excellent command of the English language

Exceptional organization skills

Previous experience with client portfolio management an asset

Ability to quickly grow within our evolving company

Previous CRM experience an asset
