As an Executive Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operations of CBI Home Health. Reporting to the President & Chief Operating Officer, you will prove to be a detail-oriented and experienced professional, taking pride in your work ethic as well as being able to juggle a multitude of complex projects.
Your Role As an Executive Assistant, you will:
- Manage senior management’s e-mails, phone calls, and schedule/calendar to ensure optimal efficiency
- Organize meetings and events, creating a timeline, as well as preparing and distributing meeting notifications, correspondence, and agenda materials
- Attend operational meetings and record minutes
- Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, templates and PowerPoint presentations
- Manage documentation of expense submissions and invoices
- Manage files and ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data
- Develop communication pieces and messages for Home Health
- Establish working relationship with senior management and Directors
- Communicate with all parties via verbal, written, and electronic correspondence
- Perform other administrative tasks, as required.
This position is remote.
What You Will Need To Be Successful To take on the role of Executive Assistant, you must:
- have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar administrative position
- have excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and time management skills
- possess strong attention to detail
- be able to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
- have excellent client service skills
- be self-motivated
- be proficient in MS Office.
- Home health experience is an asset.
