About the role
Quart De Jour Ou De Soir à Votre Choix Horaire Jour: Lundi à Jeudi de 6h30 à 17h00 (40hrs) Horaire Soir: Lundi au Jeudi de 17h00 à 3h30 (40hrs) plus prime de soir ($2,50/hr) Tes Tâches
- Télécharger et installer les programmes sur l'ordinateur de la machine
- Scanner chaque programme.
- Lire et interpréter les plans de fabrication.
- Préparer la machine: montage de feuilles et de tubes, calibration (mandrin).
- Vérifier la précision des pièces métalliques et ajuster si nécessaire.
- Lancer la production après vérification.
- Charger les feuilles et tubes dans la machine.
- Effectuer l'entretien régulier et le nettoyage de la machine.
- Gérer l'utilisation des matériaux et maintenir l'inventaire à jour.
- Conserver et organiser les retailles de tubes.
- Maintenir un espace de travail propre.
- Participer aux inventaires et vérifier la qualité des matériaux reçus.
- Compléter les documents relatifs à la qualité (ISO).

- Tu t'y connais en contrôle Amada.
- Tu comprends les G-Codes
- Tu t'y connais en conditions de coupe.
- Tu es autonome et tu as le sens de l’organisation.
- Tu es minutieux(se), polyvalent(e) et flexible.
- Tu travailles bien en équipe.
- Tu dois avoir une bonne forme physique. charge jusqu'à 50lbs, si plus lourd tu as de l'aide.
