Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a Warehouse Clerk.Eaton’s Milton, Ontario site is Eaton's largest manufacturing facility in Canada. The hourly rate for this position is $22.78 - $25 per hour.
This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

##What you’ll do:
The Warehouse Coordinator – Production Support plays a key role in ensuring safe, accurate, and timely material flow to production. Working closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and Warehouse Team Lead, this position supports multiple production lines and sites by prioritizing and distributing pick sheets, coordinating daily picking activities, resolving inventory discrepancies, and maintaining strong communication between the warehouse and production teams.
This role requires hands-on warehouse experience, strong system proficiency, and a high level of safety awareness. The incumbent must understand warehouse processes and picking timelines to effectively support production priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
In This Function, You Will Warehouse Operations & Production Support
- Daily coordination of warehouse activities supporting multiple production lines and sites.
- Communicate daily with production teams to understand material needs, shifting priorities, and urgent requests.
- Review, prioritize, and distribute pick sheets to warehouse personnel in alignment with production schedules and changing priorities.
- Monitor picking progress and proactively communicate delays, shortages, or risks to production schedules.
- Apply hands-on warehouse experience to assess workload, sequencing, and realistic completion times for picks.
- Work with Pickers to find difficult to locate parts by investigating previous locations.
- Maintain accurate inventory transactions within the warehouse inventory system or ERP.
- Escalate significant or recurring issues to the Warehouse Supervisor or Materials team as required.
- Provide clear direction to warehouse personnel regarding pick priorities, changes, and safety considerations.
- Support coordination of materials across multiple supported sites, where applicable.
- Identify, report, and escalate unsafe conditions, hazards, near misses, and process risks.
- Participate in safety talks, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with documenting standard work and best practices for picking.
##Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years previous experience working in a warehouse environment, including hands-on picking.
- Experience using a warehouse inventory system, ERP, or similar computerized material management system.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office tools.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.
- Candidates must reside within 80 km of Milton, ON. No relocation is provided.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting a manufacturing or production-driven warehouse environment.
- Experience working with multiple production lines or supporting multiple sites.
- Familiarity with MRP systems (Oracle or similar).
- Experience participating in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities.
