About the role
Located in Powell River, BC we are an established, fast-paced, busy veterinary hospital.
The Client Services Representative position involves the following:
Serving the needs of our clients and their pets with professionalism and confidence
Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
Invoicing and processing payments
Electronic Medical Record-keeping
Communication with clients, veterinarians, and team
Hospital Maintenance, including stocking of shelves, cleaning exam rooms and reception area.
The successful applicant will have:
Previous experience in client service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a large team
Proficient computer skills Previous experience in a veterinary clinic is preferred Saturday Shifts are a requirement for this position
We Offer:
Hourly rate ranging from $22.00-$24.00 per hour, depending on experience. RRSP matching, Extended health care, Health and wellness allowance, Uniform allowance
