Now we’re looking for a friendly, energetic Retail Bakery Clerk to join our Rosedale team.
What you’ll do
- Provide warm, knowledgeable service to customers at the Bakery counter
- Assist with product selection, recommendations, and special requests
- Package, label, and price baked goods accurately and neatly
- Maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing Bakery displays
- Keep counters and display cases clean, organized, and inviting
- Monitor product freshness and rotate stock as needed
- Restock packaged items and ensure shelves are well-presented
- Maintain excellent food safety and sanitation practices
- Support front-end and store teams as needed to ensure exceptional customer experience
What we’re looking for
- Previous grocery, bakery, retail, or customer service experience is an asset
- A passion for food — especially bakery items
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and presentation
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 30–40 lbs
- Flexible availability including mornings, weekends, and holidays
