Logistics Coordinator
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support the smooth movement of our field and shift-based employees. This role is responsible for managing travel arrangements, coordinating company accommodation, and ensuring all logistics run efficiently.

What you will be Doing:
-
Book and manage commercial flights for our North American based rotating employees.
-
Maintain accurate travel schedules and ensure alignment with rotation schedules.
-
Adjust travel as needed for project changes, delays, or emergencies.
-
Oversee and manage corporate accommodations.
-
Maintain accommodation records and utilization tracking.
-
Work closely with operations, HR, and managers to coordinate employee schedules.
-
Communicate travel details to employees clearly and in a timely manner.
-
Respond promptly to travel-related inquiries and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
-
Maintain databases for flight schedules, employee rotations, and accommodation records.
-
Track travel costs and support reporting for budgeting purposes.
-
Ensure compliance with company travel policies and safety standards.
Your Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in logistics coordination, travel administration, or workforce scheduling (2+ years preferred).

A pleasant demeanor and a willingness to help where needed.

Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and excellence.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling/travel management tools.

Experience in oil & gas, construction, or field-based industries is an asset.
