• Lead the 24/7 manufacturing team to meet or exceed quarterly OKR’s (Objectives and Key Results):

• Motivate staff by being a positive, non-compromising champion for continuous improvement and accountability.

• Identify, implement and sustain changes in processes, people, and culture as needed to achieve OKR’s.

• Provide one on one leadership and coaching to staff to develop both high and low performing personnel.

• Complete scheduled work orders on time.

• Ensure inventory is used and reported accurately.

• Provide exceptional service for customers.

• Other duties as required.

What You Bring to the Team:

• 5 years of strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Competency with Ontario health and safety legislation and the ability to enforce compliance.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in leading teams and driving continuous improvement.

• Proficiency in using ERP software.

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Educational background or certifications in Operations Management, Engineering, or related fields.

• Be on call during evenings and weekends as needed.
