We are seeking a Data Analyst/Scientist to help drive data-informed decision making across product, customer experience, and operations. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to build trusted analytics foundations, deliver insights and support strategic initiatives through data.

Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and build source-of-truth dashboards, curated datasets, and reporting assets used in day-to-day operations.
- Develop and maintain analytical data models that enable scalable and reliable analysis.
- Deliver actionable insights on customer behavior, product performance, and subscriptions, supporting decisions across Product, Marketing, and Operations.
- Design, develop, and implement predictive models (e.g., churn risk, customer lifetime value, propensity scoring) and integrate model outputs into operational dashboards and decision-making workflows.
- Automate recurring analyses, segmentation logic, and reporting workflows to improve scalability and reduce manual effort.
- Lead data unification initiatives, including data source evaluation, integration strategy, and canonical dataset design.
- Contribute to analytics and data engineering best practices, including documentation, validation, and data quality standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or product analytics roles.
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience working in cloud data warehouses (e.g., Amazon Redshift), including designing analytical data models, creating and managing views, and optimizing queries.
- Demonstrated experience developing and validating predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques and packages i.e. Scikit-learn and Tensorflow
- Proficiency with modern BI and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Ability to translate business questions into structured analytical approaches and data requirements.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
