**Location:**2062 Weston Road, Toronto ON M9N 1X5
We are looking for an individual who is reliable, honest, organized, detail-oriented and has a strong desire to succeed.
Here's what you'll deliver:
-Previous dealership experience is strongly preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to learn and use electronic parts catalogues.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities using good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Efficiently help customers select parts and provide internal and external customers (retail and shop) with high-quality service.
- Answer telephone calls, indicate prices, and provide any other information.
- Take orders for parts by telephone, technician counter, retail counter, and wholesale accounts.
- Receive payments from retail customers.
- Handle customer complaints immediately and according to the dealership's guidelines.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
- Customer relationship skills including listening and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
- Ability to manage customer complaints and to resolve difficultly Organized and pays attention to detail.
- Ability to follow set and standard procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Flexible and open to change; take on special tasks as needed.
- Ability to work independently and take self-initiative.
- Must have a Driver's Licence and a clean Driver's Abstract.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and technical/mechanical repairs
- Basic computer skills.
