Position Overview
Are you ready to lead and inspire with ingenuity, and uphold the highest standards of safety and integrity? As our Site Supervisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our culture while overseeing retail renovation projects that leave a lasting impact on our clients and communities.
Our dream candidate will be an expert at overseeing large scale retail renovations at Big Box Stores. They’re ready to jump into action right away, thrive on the night shift (weekends off), speak both English and French, and have their own trusty wheels.
Qualifications

Bring at least 3 years of experience in retail renovations or a related field.

Extraordinary technical competence. Understands merchandising, planograms, and installation best practices.

Must have the ability to travel within the province and Canada.

Demonstrate unwavering integrity in everything you do, from upholding safety standards to managing project budgets and timelines with honesty and transparency.

Embrace the power of innovation, bringing fresh perspectives and creative solutions to every challenge.

Communicate with clarity, empathy, and respect, building strong relationships and fostering a sense of trust and collaboration among team members.
