We are looking for English/Language Teachers with experience in the Ontario Curriculum to support the development of high-quality content for our Ontario English/Language offering for Grades 6-9.

In this contract-based role, you will thoroughly check and provide feedback on  lessons and sets of closed questions written by other contractors, that address parts of Strand B of the curriculum.

This opportunity might suit you if:

• You have at least one year of experience teaching the new Ontario English/Language Curriculum for Grades 6 to 9, as well as an additional one-four years of experience teaching at least one of B2.1 and B2.2 within Grades 6 to 9 as a whole.
• You are familiar with the Right to Read Initiative (preferred, but not required.)
• You are experienced in, and enjoy making, teaching resources.
• You are tech-savvy and enjoy working with technology
• You have excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently.

The project will commence late September and continue until late November. We require a commitment of approximately 10 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate your schedule. Employment will be contract-based and payment will be based on deliverable items.
