About the role
We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst (SFDC & nCino) with 9 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in nCino Bank Operation system, loan origination, procession, Salesforce, and business system analyst. This role involves working with line of business, product owners, SMEs to identify and document business processes, convert business requirements into technical requirements. The candidate should have experience in working in Agile methodology.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3-4 days a week in the client or Cognizant office. Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirement elicitation sessions with business heads and process managers
- Collaborate with development team to convert business requirements to actionable user stories
- Create use cases and provide team based resolutions for Salesforce and integrated applications (Tier1 & Coupa) for email integration, expense management, document management, etc
- Actively involve in user acceptance testing for Salesforce environment as well as managed packages, including regression testing and UAT
- Administer and collaborate on the reports and dashboards module for business sales and nCino teams
- Define user experience scenarios using API flow diagrams, to describe functional integration
- Create cards/user stories in Jira or any other Agile tool
- Lead the design and implementation of SFDC solutions to meet business requirements and enhance customer experience.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for SFDC solutions to support ongoing maintenance and updates.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in SFDC Development and Customization to maintain high-quality standards.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions using SFDC and nCino platforms.
- Drive innovation by exploring new features and functionalities within SFDC to enhance business processes.
- Support the Cards and Payments domain by leveraging SFDC capabilities to streamline operations.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to upskill team members on SFDC technologies and best practices.
- Monitor and troubleshoot SFDC systems to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve SFDC solutions.
- Contribute to the companys strategic objectives by delivering impactful SFDC solutions that drive business growth
Required Skills:

8+ years of relevant work experience

Rich experience as business system analyst in banking domain

Good knowledge of nCino bank operating system including but not limited to nCino objects, administration tool, and product hierarchy

STM (Source to target) Data mapping experience

Experience writing SQL Query

Oversee the customization and development of SFDC applications ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Provide expert guidance on SFDC Lightning and Integration to optimize system performance and scalability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless SFDC Configuration and Integration processes.
