Tableau Migration Analyst x2: On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Tableau Migration Analyst x2 for a 2-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Tableau Migration Analyst x2 - Job Description: This project involves migrating existing Tableau dashboards to ensure they meet accessibility standards for disability inclusion. The role requires redesigning dashboards to enhance usability and accessibility, optimizing them for diverse user groups and devices.
Tableau Migration Analyst x2 - Responsibilities:
- Redesign and migrate existing Tableau dashboards to meet accessibility standards, including color contrast, keyboard navigation, and screen reader compatibility.
- Develop intuitive, performant, and inclusive dashboards optimized for diverse user groups and devices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into accessible visual solutions.
- Implement best practices in data visualization, layout, and interactivity while ensuring compliance with accessibility.
- Maintain and enhance BI assets, ensuring usability for all users, including those with assistive technologies.
- Work with large, complex datasets using SQL, Databricks, and PySpark; apply ETL processes and star-schema modeling.
- Provide value-added insights through analysis, interpretation, and recommendations.
- Document accessibility standards and BI processes for ongoing governance and compliance.
Tableau Migration Analyst x2 - Mandatory Skills:
- 5+ years of experience with Tableau expertise
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Accessibility within Tableau (dashboard design and remediation)
- Strong skills in Databricks, PySpark, and handling large datasets
- Previous experience in disability and inclusion projects (accessibility)
Tableau Migration Analyst x2 – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in banking or financial services
Tableau Migration Analyst x2 – Assignment Length: This is a 2-month contract position with a likely possibility of extension.
Tableau Migration Analyst x2 - Start Date: ASAP
Tableau Migration Analyst x2 - Assignment Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days onsite initially, transitioning to 4 days onsite starting November 3rd.
