You’ll love it here! We are hiring immediately for a Parts Processor! As a Parts Processor , you’ll be a key member of our operations team responsible for the accurate handling, movement, and tracking of parts within our fast‑paced environment. You’ll support inventory flow, maintain strong documentation practices, collaborate with multiple departments, and help keep our production teams moving efficiently.
Your role ensures that parts are received, stored, billed, shipped, and returned with accuracy—directly impacting productivity, workflow, and customer satisfaction.
Availability Requirements This is a 3 month contract. Must be flexible to support departmental operational needs. Primarily Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work weekends or alternate shifts depending on business demand.
What You’ll Do As a Parts Processor Parts Receiving, Shipping & Fulfillment
- Receive incoming parts using Oracle/Clarify SMART systems.
- Create bin locations and ensure timely stock put‑away.
- Identify, report, and escalate shipment discrepancies to vendors as required.
- Fulfill part requests for internal teams and prepare outbound shipments.
- Process core returns efficiently and ensure proper handling and documentation.
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records in SMART.
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies and request corrections.
- Support fluctuating business needs for receiving, shipping, parts pickups, and returns.
- Work closely with the Parts Department to ensure smooth inventory flow.
Administration & Documentation
- Complete all paperwork and documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
- Enter all required data correctly into systems while avoiding errors or rework.
- Keep documentation organized for easy access, retrieval, and audit purposes.
- Run reports and collect data as required to support business needs.
Material Handling
- Safely lift, move, and transport materials up to 50 lbs.
- Support production teams when needed with a positive, team‑focused approach.
5S, Safety & Security
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Follow 5S principles (Sort, Set in Place, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
- Identify and report safety or security risks promptly.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times in the warehouse environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years experience in Parts Processing with strong competency in receiving, shipping, billing, and parts ordering.
- Strong knowledge of parts inventory processes and systems.
- High proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office programs.
- Experience working with internal/external customers (stores, vendors, third‑party depots, CHQ, consumers).
- Ability to read service manuals, diagrams, and navigate vendor websites.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced service environment.
- Consistent positive attitude and ability to promote a supportive work environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to participate in job‑related training.
