Role Description Nova Plastech Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Business Assistant to support the CEO in daily business operations, sales activities, and strategic projects. This role offers excellent growth opportunities for candidates interested in international business development within the door and window industry.
Key Responsibilities
Provide executive and administrative support to the CEO while assisting with daily business operations and sales initiatives. Learn the company's door, window, and door component products, manufacturing processes, and competitive advantages to confidently support customers and business development. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, respond to inquiries, and assist with sales opportunities and account management. Prepare quotations, contracts, presentations, product documentation, and other business correspondence. Coordinate customer orders, projects, CRM records, meetings, travel arrangements, and cross-functional communication to ensure projects are completed efficiently. Travel as required throughout Canada and the United States for customer visits, trade shows, meetings, training, and other business activities. This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel regularly to the Greater Toronto Area and Montreal. Responsibilities may evolve over time, and additional duties or projects may be assigned based on business needs. Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of relevant business, sales support, customer service, or executive assistant experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with CRM systems is an asset. Fast learner with a strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and teamwork. Willing and able to travel frequently within Canada and the United States. Valid driver's licence required. Valid passport and the ability to travel internationally are considered strong assets.
