Role Description The Food Server role at MTLASRLLC is a full-time, on-site position based in Richardson, Texas. The Food Server is responsible for greeting guests, presenting menus, answering questions about dishes, and taking orders in a courteous and efficient manner. Daily tasks include serving food and beverages, checking on guests throughout their visit, and ensuring tables are clean, properly set, and ready for service. The role also involves coordinating with the kitchen team, handling payments accurately, and following food safety and hygiene standards. The Food Server contributes to a positive, inclusive atmosphere and helps maintain smooth operations during busy service periods. Qualifications Strong customer service skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming and respectful guest experience. Experience in food service or food & beverage environments, including basic knowledge of menu items and table service. Clear, professional communication skills for interacting with guests, coworkers, and management. Basic cooking or food handling knowledge is an asset, along with understanding of food safety practices. Ability to stand for extended periods, carry trays or plates safely, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
