Reporting to the Bilingual Supervisor Customer Experience Sales Supervisor**,** you will be responsible for:

Supporting customers place their orders while upselling/cross selling where possible
-
Reviewing customer requests (phone/chat/email), analyze and provide necessary resolution

Supporting customers with all their requests in collaboration with stakeholders when necessary (Logistics, Quality, Credit etc.)

Working closely with direct Manager and all team members on collaboration, engagement, best practices, SOPs e

What YOU will bring to this role:

Bilingualism in French and English is mandatory - verbal and written

Ability to Multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Effective communication and customer management skill

Past experience in customer service and sales (ideally in a telesales environment)

Fully proficient in other Microsoft Office suite (outlook, word, Powerpoint etc.)
