Directeur(trice)- Service des Finances
Sous la responsabilité du vice-président des finances, le directeur(trice) des finances est chargé de superviser l’ensemble des opérations comptables, la gestion de la paie, les rapports financiers externes, la gestion de la trésorerie et les services bancaires au sein de l’organisation. Le titulaire du poste supervise également le programme de planification et de gestion des immobilisations de l’hôpital, qui alimente le plan de trésorerie à long terme et offre une visibilité sur les besoins de financement liés aux infrastructures, aux équipements médicaux et aux actifs biomédicaux.
Le cas échéant, le titulaire du poste adoptera et respectera les normes et les meilleures pratiques du système de santé, conformément aux directives du ministère de la Santé et des Soins de longue durée (MOHLTC).

Ce que nous recherchons
- Le titre de comptable professionnel agréé (CPA) est obligatoire.
- Licence en comptabilité, en finance ou dans un domaine connexe ; une maîtrise serait un atout.
- Au moins dix ans d’expérience progressive en comptabilité.
- Excellente maîtrise des normes comptables du secteur public canadien et des mécanismes de financement des soins de santé.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de leadership, de communication et de relations interpersonnelles.
- Maîtrise des logiciels de gestion financière et de la suite Microsoft Office.
- Une expérience au sein du système de santé de l’Ontario serait un atout.
- Billinguisme (anglais et français)
Director - Finance Services
Position Overview
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and VP Facilities, the Director, Finance Services is responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, payroll, external financial reporting, cash management and banking services within the organization.
The position also oversees the hospital’s capital asset planning and management program, which informs the long term treasury plan and provides visibility over the funding requirements for building infrastructure, medical equipment and biomed assets.
Where applicable, the position will adopt and follow health system standards and best practices in accordance with the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care (MOHLTC)
Key Responsibilities

What we are looking for
- Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation required.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; master’s degree an asset.
- Minimum ten years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of Canadian public sector accounting standards and healthcare funding mechanisms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience within the Ontario health care system would be an asset.
- Bilinguism (English and French)
