The Opportunity: The Sr. Clinic Solutions Manager is a commercially accountable, relationship-led role responsible for the performance, growth, and long-term success of Sentrex’s clinic partnerships. This individual serves as the primary relationship owner and point of accountability for assigned accounts and is directly responsible for driving revenue growth within their portfolio.

In the first year, this role will be primarily aligned to IBD and Hepatology clinic partnerships, with the opportunity to expand into additional therapeutic areas such as Neurology over time as the business evolves.

This is an individual contributor role by design. The Sr. Clinic Solutions Manager operates with a high degree of autonomy and is expected to influence outcomes through credibility, judgment, and execution - not formal authority. Success requires proactive ownership, strong commercial instincts, comfort working with data, and the ability to navigate complex clinical and operational environments.

A Day in the Life (What you will do here): Account Ownership & Revenue Growth

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned clinic and physician accounts.
  • Own revenue performance across the portfolio, including achievement of defined annual growth targets.
  • Develop and execute account-level growth plans focused on expanding utilization, improving referral capture, and deepening partnerships.
  • Monitor prescription trends, drug utilization, reimbursement activity, and revenue performance to identify risks and growth opportunities.
  • Take full accountability for account-specific challenges - identifying issues early, developing solutions, and leading implementation to resolution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with Sentrex nurses, PCNs, pharmacy teams, and Therapeutic Area Leads to ensure aligned execution and strong clinic support.
  • Influence outcomes through collaboration and credibility rather than direct reporting authority.
  • Coordinate internal resources to remove barriers, resolve operational challenges, and improve service delivery.
  • Support the onboarding and stabilization of new clinic partnerships where applicable.

Business Analytics, Reporting & Planning

  • Lead monthly business reviews for assigned accounts, providing clear insights into performance, trends, and growth drivers.
  • Use data proactively to anticipate risks and opportunities, rather than reactively reporting results.
  • Contribute insights to forecasting and planning processes; while not responsible for the forecast, this role plays a critical input function.

Strategic & Business Development Contribution

  • While year-one focus is on expanding and deepening existing IBD and Hepatology accounts, maintain awareness of future partnership opportunities within the territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the clinical ecosystem to support longer-term growth.
  • Provide field-level insight to inform therapeutic area strategy and broader Clinic Solutions planning.

Stakeholder Engagement Strong communication skills, professional presence, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments are essential.

This role interacts regularly with:

  • Physicians, clinic nurses, and medical office staff at assigned clinics
  • Internal Sentrex teams, including nurses, PCNs, pharmacy staff, Therapeutic Area Leads, and senior leadership

Workstyle & Success Attributes To succeed in this role, the individual must demonstrate:

  • Ownership mindset: Takes accountability end-to-end and acts without waiting for direction
  • Proactive execution: Identifies and advances opportunities and solutions independently
  • Resilient problem-solving: Comfortable navigating ambiguity, resistance, and operational complexity
  • Executive presence: Confident engaging physicians and senior leadership
  • Builder mentality: Comfortable working within evolving systems and improving them over time
  • Patient-centered perspective: Understands that behind every process, referral, and prescription is a patient whose access to care matters
  • Growth mindset: Motivated by continuous improvement, results, and long-term impact
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by the manager

What you need to ensure you are set up for success: Required

  • 5+ years’ experience in account management, clinic partnerships, specialty pharmacy, PSPs, or related healthcare roles
  • Demonstrated accountability for revenue growth within existing accounts
  • Strong analytical capability and comfort working with performance data
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills

Preferred

  • Experience in IBD and/or Hepatology clinic environments
  • Experience in Neurology or other Therapautic areas is an asset.
  • Familiarity with PSP workflows, reimbursement pathways, and specialty drug distribution
  • Experience working across multi-site or multi-province territories

Travel Requirement This role requires 20-30% travel, depending on territory and account needs. Regular in-person clinic engagement is expected and essential to success.

What makes you a great fit for this team:

  • Your commitment to providing a high level of service to your internal and external clients.
  • You are highly adaptable with a track record of success during times of growth and organizational change.
  • You have a proven track record of developing trust and influence at multiple levels.
  • You demonstrate an impactful and candid communication style.
