About The Position The Associate, Revenue and Analytics, reports to the Partner, Revenue & Analytics and is responsible for providing analytical and operational support across all revenue areas within the national portfolio. They will collaborate with the team to perform administrative tasks and assist in implementing processes and procedures that enhance the revenue management function.
Key Responsibilities Revenue & Analytics and Asset Optimization
- Analyze and support revenue management initiatives across multiple streams (rents, parking, telecom, cell towers, ancillary income, etc.) with a focus on long-term value creation.
- Partner with asset management leads to design and implement revenue-enhancing strategies that align with portfolio objectives.
- Provide program and analytical support on property taxes and other strategic accounts to optimize cost efficiency and improve NOI.
- Support research and evaluation of PropTech opportunities that enhance asset value, with responsibility for program tracking and performance measurement.
- Conduct market research to inform pricing strategies, competitive positioning, and emerging revenue opportunities.
- Support underwriting, budgeting, and acquisitions through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
Portfolio & Asset Management Support
- Contribute to the development and execution of asset management plans designed to maximize portfolio performance and long-term value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, property management, capital projects) to ensure alignment between operational execution and asset strategy.
- Monitor property performance metrics and provide insights that guide decisions on leasing strategies, capital investments, and repositioning opportunities.
- Conduct real estate market and trend analysis to support portfolio strategy, investment decision-making, and acquisition/disposition planning.
Job Requirements Education and Experience:
- University degree in business, finance, real estate or related would be an asset
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an analysis-intensive position
- Experience in identifying opportunities for value creation
- Proven track record in building and maintaining effective working relationships and credibility with both internal and external parties
Qualifications
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Superior attention to detail, accuracy, and completeness
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint (experience with Yardi would be an asset)
- Program Management skills and experience is an asset
- Driven and self-motivated individual with strong analytical skills
- A professional demeanor coupled with strong communication skills, both written and
- verbal
- Ability to speak other languages is considered an asset.
