About the role

Permanent Full-Time Position – (35 hours per week)
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Under the supervision of the Embryology Laboratory Manager, the person in this role will be responsible for maintaining optimal support for customer service and managers at Boviteq Canada, with a focus on preserving the Boviteq difference.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the customer service team to produce export documents for embryos in accordance with CFIA standards;
  • Reviewing and assembling export files and ensuring all embryo exports are carried out efficiently;
  • Organizing special shipments with certain suppliers as needed;
  • Working directly with the manager and supervisors of the embryology lab to ensure operational needs and client requests are met;
  • Providing customer service for all shipments (delivery, product quality, etc.);
  • Supporting managers with monthly billing for laboratories and licenses;
  • Writing and updating SOPs;
  • Providing solutions to customer issues to maintain a high level of satisfaction and loyalty to our services and products.

You will possess the following qualifications:

  • A college diploma in logistics or related fields;
  • Bilingualism in spoken and written French and English (this position requires frequent communication in both languages with clients in various countries);
  • Attention to detail and priority management;
  • Resourcefulness and autonomy;
  • Experience in customer service is an asset.
