Responsable de diriger les initiatives marketing pour nos bannières de pharmacies : Medicine Shoppe, I.D.A., Guardian et Remedy’sRx. Le/la candidat(e) retenu(e) sera responsable de l'élaboration et de la mise en œuvre de stratégies marketing complètes visant à renforcer la connaissance de la marque, les ventes et l'engagement des clients dans l'ensemble de nos enseignes pharmaceutiques.

Section A – Responsabilités spécifiques

  • Marketing national : Développer et mettre en œuvre des campagnes marketing nationales et des stratégies promotionnelles alignées sur les objectifs des bannières de détail pour stimuler la notoriété et les ventes.
  • Leadership d’équipe : Diriger et développer l’équipe marketing, en favorisant un environnement de travail collaboratif et inclusif. Gestion la performance de l’équipe pour atteindre les objectifs commerciaux et soutenir le développement professionnel des membres.
  • Marketing local : Soutenir les pharmacies individuelles avec des stratégies marketing adaptées à leur clientèle et à leurs conditions de marché locales.
  • Marketing numérique : Diriger les initiatives numériques, incluant les médias sociaux, le marketing par courriel, le référencement (SEO) et la publicité en ligne pour renforcer la présence en ligne et l’engagement client.
  • Identité de marque : Gérer et maintenir l’identité des marques des bannières de pharmacies, en assurant la cohérence de tous les supports et communications marketing.
  • Marketing omnicanal : Développer et exécuter des stratégies marketing intégrant les efforts traditionnels et numériques.
  • Recherche de marché : Réaliser des études de marché pour identifier les tendances, les préférences des clients, leurs besoins et le paysage concurrentiel, et utiliser ces informations pour orienter les stratégies marketing.
  • Gestion budgétaire : Superviser le budget marketing, en assurant une allocation efficace des ressources pour maximiser le retour sur investissement (ROI) et atteindre les objectifs.
  • Collaboration : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes interfonctionnelles et les directeurs généraux des bannières pour assurer l’alignement des efforts marketing avec les objectifs globaux de l’entreprise.
  • Analyse de performance : Suivre et analyser les performances des campagnes marketing, en utilisant des données pour optimiser les stratégies et atteindre les résultats souhaités.

Section B – Compétences et expériences requises

  • Diplôme universitaire en marketing, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe. Un diplôme de maîtrise est préférable.
  • 8 à 10 ans d'expérience en marketing
  • Expérience dans un poste de direction marketing, idéalement dans le secteur du commerce de détail ou de la santé.
  • Solide compréhension du marketing numérique, du SEO et des stratégies omnicanales.
  • Excellentes compétences en leadership, communication et collaboration.

Job Summary
Marketing Director to lead our Retail Banner Group for the Rest of Canada Medicine Shoppe, I.D.A., Guardian, and Remedy’sRx). The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, sales, and customer engagement across our pharmacy banners.

Section A – Specific Responsibilities

  • National Marketing: Develop and implement comprehensive national marketing campaigns and promotional strategies that align with the retail banner’s objectives and drive brand awareness and sales.
  • People Leadership: Lead and develop the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Drive team performance to achieve business goals and support professional growth and development of team members
  • Local Marketing: Support individual pharmacy locations with tailored marketing strategies and tools that cater to their unique customer bases and local market conditions.
  • Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and online advertising to enhance online presence and customer engagement.
  • Brand Identity: Manage and maintain the brand identity of the pharmacy banners, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Omnichannel Marketing: Develop and execute omnichannel marketing strategies that integrate traditional and digital marketing efforts. outcomes.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences and needs, and the competitive landscape, using insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and Banner General Managers to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve desired outcomes.

Section B – Skillsets and Experiences Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • 8-10 years of marketing experience
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the retail or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and omnichannel strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Proven experience in people leadership, including managing and developing teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment, and driving team performance to achieve business goals.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing ROI.
  • Fluency in both English and French is preferred.

The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.
