Role Details

  • Work Location – This position will be based out of our Toronto office and it will be a hybrid work environment - 3 days in office, 2 from home. Should the successful individual be located outside of Ontario, the position will be remote. Subject to change.
  • Salary – The base salary for this position is from $82,800- $115,000. The starting base salary is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, role complexity, experience, and internal equity.
  • Initial Posting Close Date – April 9, 2026

##About This Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Specialist, Commercial Execution & Insights to join our Channel Strategy and Execution team. This role plays a hands-on role in enabling strong commercial execution by translating data and insights into practical, actionable outputs for the business. This role goes beyond analysis to own key execution processes, ensure reporting integrity, and actively support commercial decision-making across customers and operating units.

The role partners closely with cross functional stakeholders to manage dashboards, support commercial cadences, and deliver insight driven recommendations that help identify risks, unlock opportunities, and improve performance. Success in this role requires a strong balance of analytical capability, business acumen, and execution focused ownership.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a hands on role in shaping commercial execution by turning data into action, with strong visibility across customers, operating units, and senior stakeholders.

##Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain commercial dashboards and reporting tools, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and usability.
  • Support commercial execution cadences, including customer and OU level reviews, by preparing insights, materials, and performance narratives.
  • Conduct targeted analyses to identify execution risks, performance gaps, and growth opportunities, with a focus on practical business application.
  • Partner with cross functional stakeholders to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Proactively monitor key commercial metrics and surface insights that enable timely action.
  • Support ad hoc requests and projects while managing multiple priorities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes, tools, and standards.

##Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in analytics, commercial operations, or a related execution focused role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into practical business actions.
  • Experience supporting commercial strategy, sales execution, or business operations; CPG experience preferred.
  • Hands on experience with BI and reporting tools (Power BI preferred); familiarity with Margin Minder, Snowflake, or similar platforms is an asset.
  • Proven ability to own deliverables end to end, from data validation to stakeholder ready insights.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and ad hoc requests in a fast paced environment.
