About The Role We are seeking a Customer Care Logistics Coordinator & Material Handler to join our Service Center team. In this role, you’ll manage international shipping and logistics for critical service parts, support warehouse operations, and ensure our field service teams can deliver on-time solutions to customers worldwide.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage inbound and outbound global shipments, including carriers, customs brokers, and documentation
  • Troubleshoot logistics issues to ensure on-time delivery to customer sites
  • Handle service parts inventory: replenishment, storage, shipments, returns, and disposal
  • Receive, store, and deliver parts while maintaining accurate records and compliance controls
  • Support packaging, picking, and recycling of service parts
  • Conduct periodic inventory counts and support year-end audits
  • Work with ERP systems (Oracle, Service Cloud, Agile, RFS) for order processing and record keeping
  • Manage carrier relationships (FedEx, Bollore) and coordinate freight/customs invoice processing

What You Bring

  • At least 5 years’ experience in international shipping and logistics (import/export, customs, carriers)
  • Experience supporting Customer Care or Field Service operations
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and materials handling
  • Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) designation or equivalent experience
  • ERP systems experience (Oracle preferred)
  • Forklift certification and valid Class 5 driver’s license
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

The compensation for this role ranges from CAD 60,000 to CAD 93,750. The final offer extended to the selected candidate will fall within this range and will be based on several factors, including education, skills, experience, scope of responsibilities, as assessed during the selection process.
