As an Outbound Sales Associate, you’ll be the voice of our brand for our customers—leading conversations that build trust, drive sales, and create long-term loyalty. From recommending the right devices and bundles to ensuring post-sale satisfaction, your work directly impacts customer experience and business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with existing and potential customers to drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Conduct timely post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Promote plan upgrades, additional lines, and suitable devices to meet customer needs
- Introduce and offer products/solutions through strategic follow-up conversations
- Collaborate with teammates to meet and exceed monthly targets and KPIs
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong communicator who can build rapport and trust quickly
- Proven ability to upsell and close sales through consultative conversations
- High energy, self-motivation, and a passion for delivering results
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to shared success
- 1–2 years of proven experience in outbound call center operations
