A career as an Account Manager in the Commercial & Private Banking 1859 team means having the responsibility of growing the portfolio of business clients assigned to you. The varied and complex tasks will allow you to quickly become a privileged guide in all your clientele's financial projects.
The 2 positions are in cohort. This 6 months intensive program will allow you to learn more about the Commercial Banking sector's products and services.
At the end of the training program, you will be offered a permanent portfolio as an SME Account Manager.
Your Job:
• Develop a client portfolio
• Meet business development objectives by offering solutions tailored to your clients' full range of needs
• Identify business opportunities in your market for all products and services offered by the Bank
• Participate in visibility activities in your market
• Carry out financial analyses and develop financing scenario
• Negotiate product terms and conditions with clients, making sure that they meet the expected profitability criteria
• Ensure that service quality standards are applied and that compliance and risk management rules are followed
Your Team:
Reporting to the Regional Vice President, you will work daily with a team of experts.

Prerequisites:
• University certificate and 7 years of experience;
• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience;
• Master's degree and 3 years of experience;
• Experience in business development;
• Knowledge of financial statement analysis;
• Established professional network of contacts with local small and medium-sized businesses;
• Negotiation skills;
Languages:
English, French
Reason to require this language: you will need to serve clients who speak a language other than French regularly.
