This position is located at our sales and service dealership in Burnaby, BC.
THE OPPORTUNITY
The Lease Coordinator (Contracts) – Inland Lease & Rental will be responsible for supporting the US and Canadian operations including processing billing, submitting fuel tax records for the rental fleet, and tracking mileage.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monthly billing for all lease and contract maintenance units.
- Monthly, weekly, and end billing for all rental units (owned and outside).
- Rental administration and support as needed.
- Fuel billing and administration.
- Fuel Tax & DTR’s reconciliations and submissions for the rental fleet.
- Monthly Fuel Tax billing for lease and rental vehicles.
- Miscellaneous billing for citations, tolls, abatements, policy credits, etc.
- Mileage collection for contract vehicles (manual and electronic).
- Provide backup for licensing, insurance approvals, and other functions as needed.
- Filing as needed (hard copy and electronic).
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Maintain a professional appearance and neat work areas.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) essential.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in business or office administration is an asset.
- 2+ years of admin or related experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic accounting knowledge.
Core Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication with the demonstrated ability to display professional telephone etiquette.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to proactively problem solve.
- Strong attention to detail; Accountability and dependability.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
- Strong organizational skills.
Work Conditions
- Regular interaction with managers and staff
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
- Overtime as required
- An office within a truck/equipment dealership
PAY RANGE
The salary range for this role is between $60,000 - $65,000 based on experience.
