Maintenance Coordinator
The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the scheduling, monitoring, and tracking of maintenance and repair services for CVOR vehicles and plants. This role involves coordinating with service technicians, external providers, and various software systems to ensure efficient maintenance operations. The Maintenance Coordinator reports to the Operations Manager.
LOCATION: 891 Jinkinson Road
VACANCY TYPE: Replacement DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Produce work orders for all projects and repairs and ensure they are accurate. Use GeoTab DVIRs to create and prioritize work orders for garage staff. Track and schedule all annual safety inspections, PMAs and PMBs. Prepare repair list for evening shift based on fleet requirements and repair priorities. Track weekly garage utilization and work order accuracy. Input all work orders into SAP on a weekly basis and report utilization figures to management. Act primary point of contact for garage staff when ordering parts. Receive repair requests via phone, email, and in person, prioritizing repairs to minimize equipment downtime while maintaining a strong focus on customer service. Track parts/material inventories for garages and plan orders to maintain minimum stocks. PO creation for maintenance and operations expenses.

Admix, fibers and concrete additives Identify trends and high expense items that should be focused on. Maximize the productivity and efficiency of service technician time and their assets. Open all work orders, enter technician time, service reports daily, ensure all parts are costed and close work orders in a timely manner. Be the Gatekeeper of garage telematics, ensuring that new units have GPS where required, ensure that the Telematics are communicating, arranging repair of units that are not and having telematics removed from sold equipment. Various administrative and clerical duties to support the garage, plant and operations teams.

REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience in fleet maintenance coordination, garage operations or related field. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in SAP, Outlook, Excel, and other required software an asset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
COMPESATION INFORMATION:
The expected range for this position is $53,000 - $58,000. Placement within the range is dependent on a variety of factors including qualifications and experience.
