We are seeking an innovative and skilled AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that enhance our products, operations, and decision-making capabilities. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to turn business challenges into scalable, intelligent systems using machine learning, natural language processing, and modern AI frameworks.

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Develop, train, test, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications.
• Build end-to-end AI pipelines, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and production deployment.
• Integrate AI models into applications, services, and workflows using APIs or custom architecture.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, software developers, and business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, interpretability, and cost-efficiency.
• Monitor, debug, and continuously improve AI systems post‑deployment.
• Research emerging AI technologies and assess their application within the organization.
• Ensure all AI initiatives meet ethical, security, and compliance standards.

The ideal candidate:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), plus experience with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Keras.
• Experience building and deploying machine learning/deep learning models in production environments.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and ML Ops tools.
• Experience working with APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and vector databases.
• Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for ML models.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of responsible AI principles and model governance.
