- Experience in oil & gas or industrial settings preferred
- Valid Journeyperson or Apprentice trade certification (for trades roles)
- Safety certifications relevant to role (e.g., CSTS, H2S Alive, Confined Space, Fall Protection, etc.)
- Physically fit to handle the demands of the job in varying weather conditions
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
- Own reliable transportation to site
- Valid driver’s license with a clean 5-year abstract and fewer than 6 demerits
