About the role

Job Description HR Administrator Reports to: Human Resources Department Primary Responsibilities The HR Administrator is responsible for company HRIS data-entry, new-hire paperwork, and employee onboarding. Primary Duties Creation of offer letters and employment agreements as required by hiring managers Coordinating execution of offer letters and employment agreements Creation and amendment of employee pay plan/compensation updates Coordinating and ensuring completion of applicable employment background checks and licensing Input of new hire data and amendments to existing employee data in company HRIS Input of data into company ATS (applicant tracking system) to assist talent acquisition (recruitment) team Coordination of new employee onboarding through company HRIS Follow-up with new employees to ensure onboarding completion Escalation of HR, Recruitment, Payroll and Benefits concerns, as required Requirements Saturday availability. This position works Tuesday-Saturday. 1 years experience working in a highly detailed administrative role Excellent communication skills (verbal and non-verbal), and interpersonal skills High learning agility, strong capability for problem-solving, data analytic & decision making and comfortable with ambiguity Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while exhibiting tact, good judgment, diplomacy, and flexibility Demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality and tact Must be computer savvy, experienced and knowledgeable with Microsoft Office suite-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Benefits 100% company paid health and dental benefits including a Health Spending and Lifestyle Spending Account Access to our own Employee Investment Program that guarantees a 10% return every year (max of 16%) based on Go Auto profits 3 weeks of paid vacation which increases to 5 weeks per year with tenure Paid training with the Go Auto University We don’t build jobs, we build careers.
