Brymark Installations Inc., a leading industrial contractor in British Columbia and part of the Carlson Construction Group, is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your technical knowledge, project coordination skills, and passion for construction in a role that bridges office-based project management with hands-on field operations.

What You’ll Do

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Project Manager and Site Superintendent to support the full lifecycle of industrial construction projects—from planning and mobilization to execution and closeout. You’ll gain exposure to:

  • Construction strategy and planning meetings
  • Baseline schedule interpretation and execution support
  • Procore documentation management (drawings, RFIs, submittals)
  • Procurement tracking and mobilization coordination
  • Change management and cost/schedule impact reviews
  • Daily logs, LEMs, payroll coding, and quantity tracking
  • Quality control documentation and inspections
  • RFIs, submittals, and lessons learned documentation

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • EIT designation (or in progress)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A passion for learning and growing in the construction industry
