Job Description Residential Care Worker Location: 180 Henry Ave - Front Desk (in person)

Status: Permanent Position

Will get shift premiums: evenings $1.00 per hour / weekends $1.35 per hour / nights $1.75 per hour, to a max of 8 hours per shift

Hours per week: (32 hours per week / Part Time)

Work Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday

Shift: Night Shift

Time: 1130pm to 730am

$17.77 per hour per shift

Position is Unionized after 6 months of employment

License/Certification

  • Current Police Record Check with vulnerable persons check
  • Adult Abuse Registry Check
  • Child Abuse Registry Check

(fingerprints needed to be done at Commissionaires, for Security B clearance)

Compensation The target hiring range for this position is $17.77 to $17.77 with a maximum of $17.77.

Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
