Your Role in Supporting Our Members:
As the Manager, Document Services, you will lead the transformation of document and imaging services across the organization. This role goes beyond operational oversight to become a strategic enabler of digital innovation, process optimization, and employee experience. You will ensure services are not only reliable and efficient, but also future-ready, supporting internal stakeholders, enhancing member service, and driving enterprise-wide improvements.
This is a permanent, full-time role based at our Vancity head office. To support the team and business operations, this role will require you to work in-office 1 to 2 times a week.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Lead Digital Transformation : Identify and implement opportunities to digitize document workflows, reduce paper dependency, and enhance data accessibility and security.
- Drive Operational Efficiency : Continuously assess and improve document services to eliminate friction, reduce turnaround times, and support scalable growth.
- Enhance Employee Experience : Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline tools and processes that impact employee productivity and satisfaction.
- Project Management Leadership : Apply strong PM skills to scope, plan, and execute strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals.
- Strategic Business Partnering : Leverage deep understanding of the business to make informed recommendations that support innovation, compliance, and member value.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Engagement : Build and manage relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets evolving business needs.
- Mail & Imaging Oversight : Ensure internal and external mail distribution and imaging services are aligned with service level expectations and business requirements.

What You’ll Earn:
The salary range for this role is $91,000 to $136,400. Base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
