About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner who is passionate about enabling people and teams to thrive. As a trusted advisor, you’ll collaborate with leaders to align people strategies with business goals, strengthen organizational capability, and foster a culture of inclusion, innovation, and high-performance.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this high-impact role combines deep, strategic HR partnership with ownership of our company’s learning and development strategy. You’ll help leaders build strong, connected teams, guide teams through change, and design programs that nurture growth, enhance performance, and prepare our next generation of leaders.

What You'll Do in the Role

Partner with leaders to design and execute people strategies that enable business growth and team success

Coach and inspire managers to enhance performance, engagement, and leadership capability

Lead performance and talent management processes, ensuring development, succession, and recognition are part of our everyday rhythm

Provide expert guidance on employee relations, organizational design, and workforce planning

Drive the learning and development strategy, creating and delivering impactful programs that strengthen skills, leadership, and connection across the organization

Collaborate with leaders to identify critical skills gaps and embed a culture of continuous learning
-
Lead full-cycle recruitment, ensuring every candidate experience reflects our values and commitment to excellence

Champion culture, engagement, and belonging through programs that celebrate our people and connect our teams

Leverage data and insights to measure program effectiveness and continuously improve how we support and grow our people, and increase their impact
What You'll Bring to the Role

7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years as a strategic HR Business Partner

A proven ability to build trust, influence, and coach leaders to drive meaningful, people-centered results and enable organizational success

Experience designing and delivering learning programs that foster growth and high performance
-
Deep applied knowledge of best-practice performance management, employee relations, and modern talent practices

Hands-on experience in recruitment and workforce planning within dynamic, scaling organizations, and the ability to attract high-calibre talentExceptional judgment, communication, and relationship-building skills

A solutions-oriented, agile mindset and the ability to navigate change with positivity, pragmatism and focus

Familiarity with HR systems, data, and analytics to guide decision-making

Experience supporting SaaS or high-growth technology organizations; exposure to AI and talent management is a plus
