In This Role, You Will

Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies

Contribute to the application of Human Resources policies and procedures, salary and benefits administration, organizational communications, and performance management Collaborate on research and report writing for the human resources department Assist with planning and executing new hire orientation and other company events Lead, assist or support in ongoing Human Resources projects Support the Human Resources team by completing administrative duties such as preparing communications, updating or filing documentation, preparing reports, etc. Create and evaluate innovative ideas and technologies to help improve the way we do business

Requirements

Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources A valid Class 5 Driver's License or extra-provincial equivalent, without learner's restrictions is preferred Motivated self-starter; able to prioritize work under pressure and show great attention to detail while maintaining confidentiality and a high level of professionalism Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to multidisciplinary teams Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) Experience with HR programs/software would be an asset

Salary Range: $4,117 - $5,192 CAD / Month

Salary is commensurate with the number of academic semesters and prior co-op experiences completed.
