We’re currently looking for a Lot Manager to join our team. If you’re reliable, proactive, and motivated to keep our dealership organized, efficient, and customer-ready, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
The Drive Ahead
- Oversee daily organization, cleanliness, and presentation of the vehicle lot
- Coordinate vehicle movement for sales, service, and deliveries
- Ensure vehicles are properly tagged, fueled, and ready for customer viewings
- Support dealership operations by maintaining safe and efficient lot flow
- Lead by example to maintain dealership standards and curb appeal
Performance Essentials
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically capable of moving between vehicles and around the lot throughout the day
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Full-time availability — typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week)
