Avanciers is a premier IT Staffing/Consulting organization, and we are currently recruiting for a Contract role for one of our premier clients in Canada for Junior Business Analyst.

Role: Junior Business Analyst
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid 2-3 days a week onsite)
Duration: Contract (8+ Months)
Rate: CAD $40-55/hr + HST

Must Haves
Understanding of PHIPA principles: consent, collection, use, disclosure, and safeguards of PHI. General understanding of the roles of health information custodians and agents under PHIPA. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in conducting requirements gathering, developing documentation, including presentations and briefing notes, and conducting stakeholder engagement. Experience with stakeholder engagement, with excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills.
