Join Roche's Pharma Technical Quality (PTQ) Network Quality IT Operational Systems team as a Product Owner!You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our global quality operations by standardizing and optimizing GxP systems and data insights. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic vision to translate intricate business challenges and use cases into compliant, transformative technology solutions that power our Pharma Technical (PT)vision. If you thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and have a passion for driving innovation and continuous learning, this is your opportunity to lead the global oversight of critical Quality Systems and master data.
The Opportunity:
- You will serve as the Global Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Quality-focused GxP technology (e.g., Veeva QMS, LIMS) to drive strategy and support the implementation of innovative solutions.
- You will translate complex business use cases and regulatory requirements (GMPs) into standardized, compliant technology solutions and system enhancements.
- You will manage the full system lifecycle, supporting upgrades, replacements, and retirements, and ensuring all GxP computerized systems are validated and fit for intended use.
- You will lead and manage master data oversight for global Quality Systems, including the regular validation and maintenance of critical master data entities.
- You will drive initiate and drive, continuous improvement efforts by identifying process pain points and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Business, IT, Validation) to introduce new, efficient functionality.
- You will oversee system governance and compliance, including managing changes, initiating and closing deviations, and regularly reviewing and controlling user access lists.
- You will influence the future direction and strategy of new and existing Global Computer Systems and Technologies through active participation in business initiatives and industry collaborations.
Who you are:
- You will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Science, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- You will bring 5-7 years of experience managing technology, systems, and platforms in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- You will demonstrate proficiency in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and be experienced in validated or controlled GxP environments.
- You will apply a deep working knowledge of regulatory requirements, including GMP and FDA, and various Quality Systems.
- You will utilize strong communication and collaboration skills to clearly convey complex technical findings to diverse audiences.
- You will showcase a critical blend of a technical foundation and robust business acumen essential for success in this hybrid role.
- You will have experience successfully applying Agile Methodologies in project and product delivery settings.
